- engaging with both new and existing customers helping them to achieve their dream of holiday home ownership
- providing excellent customer service at all times; aiming to exceed customer’s expectations and make an excellent first impression
- building excellent product knowledge to assist you with sales

- actively promoting the park and it’s offerings to all visitors and guests
- displaying excellent product knowledge
- welcoming potential customers to the park and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers
- listening to customer requirements in order to gain an idea of their expectations and what they are looking for
- to deliver the very best sales experience for our prospective 5-star holiday home owners
- actively promoting the park, acting as an ambassador for the company and maintaining the highest of standards
- positively contributing towards sales income, meeting and ideally exceeding individual andteam targets
- meeting and exceeding sales targets, reviewing your own sales performance on a regular basis and being clear of own objectives
- upselling to existing owners
- responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- attend regular sales and other training as required to ensure 5-star standards are delivered consistently
- walking and talking the customer through the sales journey, ensuring at every stage the customer has all of the information required to make an informed decision that is right for the customer
- to comply and work within the company’s Health & Safety Policies
- closing sales, ensuring the customer is happy with their purchase
- being pro-active and creative in marketing activities ensuring that you maintain a healthysales pipeline which includes both telephone and face to face prospecting, co-ordinatingleads with colleagues
- ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
- identifying new sales opportunities on a regular basis, following up on potential caravan and lodge sales
- participating in park events, ensuring company set standards are always adhered to
- to complete any other duties requested of you by the management team
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar position and/or customer focused environment
- previous sales experience, although full sales training will be provided
- excellent communication skills delivered with exceptional professionalism

- first Aid Qualification
