manage devices with Microsoft MDM in Endpoint Manager
maintain and develop IT systems and process documentation

to resolve as many calls as possible at first response, and to log and refer as required all support calls in the call logging system
to respond to and track progress of support calls in the Help Desk tool, and to keep users apprised of progress when requests for assistance cannot be resolved on first response
to undertake individual and collaborative project and development work as required to enhance the provision of IT services to users across the organisation and to roll out these services

this fast paced role will involve receiving inbound calls, dealing with all client queries and taking any amendments required for their Will & Estate Planning documents
it will also involve making outbound calls to clients that have requested call-backs and to update on the progression of documents at key points throughout our clients journey, as well as responding to incoming customer emails satisfactorily
