- leading a team of experienced operatives
- producing and processing production documentation and recording data
- conducting routine quality checks to ensure high standards of product
- quick and effective communication with the team, other departments and managers from across the business
- maintaining high standards in line with our quality accreditation
- produce quality products in line with our customer expectations
- complete written and verbal handovers at start and end of shift
Requirements
- ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload
- previous experience as a team leader and/or managing people would be advantageous
- excellent attention to detail
