Responsibility
- work alongside the Executive Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
- ensure that all kitchen staff members are properly trained on food safety, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation
- monitor inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are in stock

- manage and supervise kitchen assistants
- ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high quality standards
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations

Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen
- proven experience as a sous chef or senior Chef de Partie
- in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation
