you will work to provide appropriate clinical and managerial leadership throughout the theatre department and promote good practice consistent with legislation
the overall responsibility of your role as theatre manager is to oversee the smooth operation running of the theatre department working as part of the hospital leadership team
A key part of your role is to identify, develop and support opportunities for improvement in the department and ensure that clinical governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice

Requirements
registered RGN with NMC pin number or ODP with HCPC registration
orthopaedic experience would be desirable as it is a big part of the business
