Responsibility

  • preparing specific food items and meal components at your station
  • following directions provided by the Head Chef
  • collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality food and service
  • ensuring any maintenance issues are reported to the Head Chef in a timely manner
  • le Deli Robuchon offers a casual yet sophisticated all-day dining serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and aperitifs to eat in or take home. Following a great success on Piccadilly, Le Deli is now coming to Chelsea
  • we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for our soon to be opened new venue on King’s Road, who will ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. As a Junior Sous Chef you will play an integral part in the restaurant’s operation

Requirements

  • previous experience working at a Junior Sous Chef
  • the successful candidate will be organised and calm under pressure
  • ability and confidence to design and execute new dishes
  • passionate about cooking great fresh food
  • have a good understanding of working in a busy kitchen
