liaising closely with Foremen/Contract/Project managers to ensure the timely procurement of materials

practical experience within the construction industry. Experience of the landscape industry in particular would be advantageous

ensures that all maintenance/installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and working practices
ensure correct procedures are followed for stock control
in conjunction with the Landscape Maintenance Foreman read and understand contract/architects drawings to ensure maintenance and any defect planting required is completed in line with specification and to standard
interact/liaises with clients in order to ensure client satisfaction is maintained at all times
