Responsibility
- to play a key role in marketing the Nursery to prospective parents, attend and participate in Open Day events, etc
- meeting the EYFS and Ofsted Requirements, Compliance with all regulatory requirements etc
- ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
- ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understands and, when necessary, follow Safeguarding Procedures
- we are looking for a Nursery manager who has an active and hands-on approach to supporting staff and delivery of Learning, Development and Care for children at the nursery
- support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion
- we are a small nursery with a total capacity of about 30 children. We have 5 members of staff at the nursery
- as a Nursery Manager, you are to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery; effectively manage the day-to-day running of the nursery; deliver the highest standards of care and education
