Responsibility

  • we are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development and Account Manager to join our team
  • develop relationships with existing and new subcontractors
  • hold bi-weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss delivery and performance
  • you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management
  • identify and target potential clients within the ECO industry, including installation companies, administration companies and energy companies
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
  • conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the ECO sector
  • negotiate funding contracts with energy companies and subcontractors

Requirements

  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager within any sector
  • A basic understanding of the Energy Company Obligation scheme
  • an understanding of energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices
  • customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
