Responsibility
- we are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development and Account Manager to join our team
- develop relationships with existing and new subcontractors
- hold bi-weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss delivery and performance
- you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management
- identify and target potential clients within the ECO industry, including installation companies, administration companies and energy companies
- build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the ECO sector
- negotiate funding contracts with energy companies and subcontractors

Requirements
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager within any sector
- A basic understanding of the Energy Company Obligation scheme
- an understanding of energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices
- customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
