Responsibility
- you will be working with management to identify and develop best working practices to enhance the guest experience and drive sales
- duty Managing the venue, you are responsible for performing a variety of duties whilst ensuring that service delivery is smooth, efficient and memorable
- responsibilities include; managing team scheduling, guest interaction, responding to ad-hoc issues, problem solving and ensuring that all operations meet Health & Safety standards
Requirements
- minimum one year of experience in a supervisory/management role
- previous experience managing live operation within immersive experiences, theatres or visitor attractions is preferable
- ability to take initiative and remain calm under pressure
- highly organised with good attention to detail
- exceptional communication and leadership skills
- experience delivering training to staff
- passionate about the theatre industry
- ability to develop and sustain great relationships
