Responsibility
ensure that the identification and verification standards for customer take-on, and for compliance with MLRs, are robust and remain fit for purpose
receive and promptly respond to enquiries from law enforcement agencies and the business where guidance is set on AML/CTF matters
partner with Product Owners to educate and guide the appropriate execution of compliance requirements, in respect to services and products offered to our clients
