Responsibility
- we are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team to assist with the management of the Compliance function in order to ensure that the business retains all existing compliance certifications, acquires new certifications as and when required, and meets the Privacy and Information Security requirements of the Teleperformance Group
- work with the Compliance Manager to ensure that personal information is used fairly and lawfully within GDPR guidelines, report any personal data security incidents immediately and abide by the Information Security Policy detailed in the Staff Handbook
- responsible for assisting in the management and undertaking of all compliance activities and projects which include processing documentation and supporting GDPR and compliance related enquiries
- perform audits based on regulatory and internal requirements
- assist with the provision of direct support and guidance to the TP compliance team and internal and external business partners during the creation of Compliance Strategy, project execution and implementation initiatives
