Responsibility
- carry out painting work across the resort
- carrying out basic handyman work, unblocking sinks, changing lightbulbs etc
- adhere to company policies and procedures and legislation relating to Health and Safety
- communicate maintenance information and issues to the Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basis
- ensure effective communication and good relations between the Maintenance team and other departments in the hotel
- maintain a clean and tidy work area
- perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and to a high standard
- ensure as part of the Maintenance team, you attend internal and external training on an on-going basis, complying with Health and Safety requirements in all areas
