control quality and ensure work is completed to the specification and time frame
you will also be responsible for up to 25 employees, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently
working alongside other departments in the business to ensure smooth operation
day to day organisation of individual projects
the right candidate will show excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills
regular reporting to the Operations Manager on your departments income and expenditure against budget
investigate accidents and safety related issues
