Responsibility
- you will work alongside the Installations co-ordinator to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the department
- take calls from customers and help with any issues they may have
- run the two engineers diaries for their work load each day
- ensure all materials are ready for the following day
- liaising day to day with the engineers for any rebooks or issues that may arise
- lancashire Double Glazing Group Ltd supply and install windows, doors and conservatories to retail customers and are seeking a customer service assistant to work in their Installations Department
- take card payments from customers over the phone
- chase customers for outstanding balances owed
