take calls from customers and help with any issues they may have
run the two engineers diaries for their work load each day

liaising day to day with the engineers for any rebooks or issues that may arise

take card payments from customers over the phone
chase customers for outstanding balances owed

our small accounts team are looking for a payroll and accounts assistant to join them
calculating weekly hours from clock reports for over 100 employees
setting up new employee starters, new sub-contractors and processing leavers
processing SSP, SPP, SMP, holiday pay, commissions, overtime, tax code changes and attachment of earnings orders
weekly journals and report on overtime
this is an exciting and varied role for someone looking to continue or even start their accounts career with plenty of ongoing support and training
