- booking customers vehicles and trailers onto the Company management site
- be an integral part of the team managing the workflow to meet customer deadlines
- dealing with Internal & External queries
- receiving and checking vehicles against inspections schedules
- carrying our PMIs, brake tests and pre-MOT checks
- recording and rectifying defects
- carrying out routine service and maintenance
