  • ensure all storage areas are meticulously tidy and clean to prevent incorrect stock levels. Report in advance low stock levels of all equipment and food commodities
  • ensure Hall and event rooms are set up based on customers’ requirements as booked on College systems or as directed. This includes equipment, plates and signs etc
  • lead the interaction with customers: welcome, greet and seat all customers and guests, resolve complaints etc
