  • confirm that all opening and closing procedures, reports etc have been completed to ensure that the area is left secure for the next service. Deputise as department’s opening and closing manager on duty
  • ensure all storage areas are meticulously tidy and clean to prevent incorrect stock levels. Report in advance low stock levels of all equipment and food commodities
  • ensure Hall and event rooms are set up based on customers’ requirements as booked on College systems or as directed. This includes equipment, plates and signs etc
  • lead the interaction with customers: welcome, greet and seat all customers and guests, resolve complaints etc

  • support the delivery of externally organised summer schools: Provide comprehensive support for external summer schools hosted at LMH, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for participants
