- recommends and implements strategies and develops operational plans that directly impact mid to long term business achievements

- provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to cross-functional teams in the execution of major programs and projects
- collaborate with senior leaders across wider L3Harris to improve overall execution on joint projects and programs

- translate strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems
- establish, grow and maintain close customer relationships, participate in the marketing and sales process and actively promote the organisation’s capabilities and strengths; ensure that customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities
Requirements
- proven experience operating in a Leadership level position within a Defence/Maritime business
- proven successful experience of program management with P&L responsibility
- advanced business knowledge and leadership capability to guide business or functional teams
- degree qualified with prior related experience
