Responsibility
- booking orders from e-mails received in the production office
- experience and knowledge of warehouse operations to effectively manage designated areas to provide an excellent level of customer service
- ability to coordinate and delegate within a team whilst remaining operationally hands-on
- A methodical approach and the ability to prioritize workload and tasks
- an understanding of, and ability to apply warehouse, health & safety rules in line with food industry regulations
- ability to book in orders, programme relevant jobs for the production staff to fulfil orders using company internal software, print and apply labels associated to the orders
- dealing with customer queries relating to both potential and existing orders
