Responsibility

  • C1 driving licence entitlement
  • you will be delivering a range of household items, such as white Goods and electricals
  • valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
  • you will need to provide excellent customer service when delivering, calling ahead to the customers etc
  • flights of stairs and into customers’ homes
  • for this role you will be completing multi-drop Deliveries while working as part of a 2-person crew alongside an experienced driver’s mate
  • physically fit – Lifting aids will be provided along with manual handling training, however the role will require you to lift heavy goods up
  • friendly, polite nature – you will be the face of the business

Requirements

  • previous experience as a delivery driver or in warehouse operations is desirable
  • valid <PERSON> driving licence with a clean driving record
  • experience in commercial driving is advantageous
  • ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
  • good organisational skills with attention to detail
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • physical fitness to handle manual tasks associated with loading, unloading, and heavy lifting
