Responsibility

  • processing customer orders for both new and used vehicle sales
  • ensure handover documentation is completed ahead of vehicle delivery/handover
  • complete post handover duties such as notifying DVLA of vehicle keeper changes and settling part exchange finance agreements
  • reconciling general documentation and ensure routing to the appropriate department
  • liaising with other departments such as sales and accounts
  • completing month-end duties as required
  • maintaining and keeping EDC up to date
  • familiarise yourself with the current marketing campaigns and GDPR requirements for audit purposes
