communicate the company’s operating policies, customer issues and safety measures
developing and implementing strategic sales plans, process and systems that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
collaborating with the director to identify business goals
performing financial predictions by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variance and initiating corrective actions
reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding them to payment
working with HR to perform certain HR duties such as recruiting/selecting, counselling and disciplining employees
making sure the company is hitting sales targets by implementing performance metrics and actions plans to maximise the efficiency and overall output of the team
Requirements
proven sales/operations experience in a complex environment, with a particular focus on people management
the ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
strong attention to detail
confident communicator and networker with experience of building relationships with key stakeholders, with an ability to engage and influence
targets driven
problem solver, able to identify new processes and implement from beginning to end
having a background in the creative industry is preferred but not essential
