Responsibility
- communicate the company’s operating policies, customer issues and safety measures
- developing and implementing strategic sales plans, process and systems that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
- collaborating with the director to identify business goals
- performing financial predictions by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variance and initiating corrective actions
- reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding them to payment
- working with HR to perform certain HR duties such as recruiting/selecting, counselling and disciplining employees
- making sure the company is hitting sales targets by implementing performance metrics and actions plans to maximise the efficiency and overall output of the team
Requirements
- proven sales/operations experience in a complex environment, with a particular focus on people management
- the ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
- strong attention to detail
- confident communicator and networker with experience of building relationships with key stakeholders, with an ability to engage and influence
- targets driven
- problem solver, able to identify new processes and implement from beginning to end
- having a background in the creative industry is preferred but not essential
