Research & Insights Manager - Continuous Slough (hybrid working) As our Research & Insights Manager, you'll work alongside the category and brand teams to play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and brand plans. You'll provide continuous insights across our business, working on our fantastic brands, generating actionable consumer, shopper and brand insights to support category and business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Analysing data sets (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI) to drive action within our business. You will work alongside the brand teams to play a critical role in shaping brand plans and strategy. As our Research & Insights Manager, you'll provide ad-hoc research and planning across Tyrrells, KP Nuts & Hula Hoops, working in partnership with our other Research & Insights Manager, in order that you can focus your attention to generate actionable consumer insights to support category and business growth. Slough (hybrid working) As our Demand Manager, you will oversee a specified channel (Grocery). You’ll maintain reality-based customer sales forecasts (base & promotion volumes, pricing and promotion funding, across a 12-month horizon) through effective business partnering with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Activation, Collaboration Managers, S&OP Supply and Demand Analysts). You’ll manage a team of Sales Coordinators who are responsible for creating and maintaining the sales forecasts in the system (Blueplanner) however, you will be the central demand planning point of contact for Grocery, enabling cross-functional internal alignment, greater efficiency, benchmarking insight and challenge to improve forecast accuracy and service levels to customers. You’ll be an experienced demand planning and forecasting professional with proven and demonstrable skills in this area, as well as in people management and coaching.
