- ensuring that all work is carried out to the required quality standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- monitoring progress on the construction site and reporting any issues or delays to senior management
- liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are met
- providing regular reports to senior management on progress and issues related to the construction project
- ensuring that all workers on the site are properly trained and following proper safety procedures
- maintaining accurate records of all activities on the construction site
- coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plan
