  • diagnose and repair hardware issues on a wide range of laptops
  • troubleshoot software issues, perform system resets, OS installations, and driver updates

  • familiarity with tools such as multimeters, screwdrivers, thermal paste, etc
  • basic knowledge of data sanitization and secure handling practices
  • ability to lift and move laptops and small packages
