  • kobalt is looking to hire a highly organised, self-driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide logistical support and office coordination for the CFO & SVP, Corporate Finance in our London office, managing the responsibilities of the facilities team including contractor management, office maintenance as well as streamlining internal and external office events
  • the successful candidate will have previous extensive C-level support experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment as well as a track record of managing ever-changing schedules, conflicting priorities and planning international travel
  • as a natural extension of the supported executives in their day-to-day business needs, you will need to be an excellent communicator and able to build a trustworthy relationship among internal teams as well as a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude to getting the job done
