Responsibility
- the role focuses on daily prep and service for breakfast and lunch, trialing new ideas, and potential training of junior staff
- we believe this is a very exciting opportunity for a chef that is interested in growing alongside an already flourishing business
- klear Labs will be expanding soon, with branches opening in New York, Paris and Copenhagen
- we are looking for an eager chef to join our team, excited about the prospect of growing with our business, preferably with some background in nutrition but not a must
- with regular menu changes, we prioritize seasonal high-quality ingredients from the best producers we can find, including; Natoora, Nama Yasai, and Neal's Yard Dairy
- klear Labs is part Lab - part cafe, with an experimental kitchen designed to create nutritionally optimized recipes, baked goods and products made in-house for sale
- we are discussing shareholder positions for the potential long-term team we are building as an incentive to build a Kear Labs family
- klear Labs requires a reliable, organized and experienced chef with an interest in health and nutrition. The role does not require a qualification in nutrition but a history in cheffing with a CV reflecting this
