we are looking to strengthen our team by the addition of an experienced Estimator
based in Livingston, with client sites throughout the whole of Scotland
assist the team in managing contract requirements
prepare contract documents like bills of quantity etc
able to read drawings and client specifications
we offer all types of flooring and wall cladding services to end users and main contractors throughout a range of commercial sectors
handover successful quotes to the Contracts Managers in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
ideally have a background in project management, contracts and/or construction management
you will be highly motivated and eager to learn
ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines whilst keeping a high standard of work
willingness to assume additional responsibilities in keeping with project requirements
able to self-motivate as well as working as part of a team
well-developed communication skills verbally and written
