- you will be responsible for support, development, implementation and troubleshooting of technologies and services
- the role will also provide a technical escalation point for desktop and management teams
- develop, lead and implement key Network projects
- deliver installations of new technology across all sites
- provide a technical strategic vision to the Infrastructure and Security Manager
- coordinate telecommunication design and troubleshooting
- the successful applicant will be accountable for the management and maintenance of the network and systems that provide IT services to the Business
- manage and resolve escalated Network and Systems requests whilst adhering to SLAs and work alongside Service Delivery team, when required
