Responsibility

  • undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
  • perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks and reactive works investigations/repairs on, but not limited to, electrical maintenance works
  • carry out routine electrical maintenance repairs including emergency lighting and electrical repairs
  • to diagnose faults on equipment and repair as necessary using manufacturers manuals and drawings as required
  • emergency lighting testing & repair
  • LED upgrades
