- we're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Huntingdon
- this role is fundamental to the success of the contract and will line manage the scheduling and customer service roles
- you will play a critical role in delivering the customer interface and the planning of work within levels of service
- location: Huntingdon - with some home working available
- contract: Permanent- full time, flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
- as a Customer Service Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, part of the management team to be responsible for the delivery of the metering office support functions
