  • ▪ Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Level 3
  • ▪ Minimum one year in a managerial or supervisory role of an LD residential service
  • ▪ 2 in the last 5 years working with children
  • deputy Manager or Registered Manager - Children's Home: 3 years
  • learning Disabilities: 3 years
  • out of last five years, working with children/young people: 2 years
