Responsibility
- you will be given freedom to implement your ideas and creativity whilst being guided by our Responsible Individual and Quality Managers
- once selected, our pack would be submitted to Ofsted for registration
- we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager in the EBD and/or LD sectors to be involved in setting up a home from the beginning
- basic Salary is £40k-£50k + £10k Bonus
- base Salary £40-£50k + £10k bonus
- to ensure all visitors to the site have appropriate authority and supervision
- to ensure the service’s representation and participation in Health and Safety processes
- to establish and participate in an effective on call rota
Requirements
- ▪ Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or equivalent
- ▪ Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Level 3
- ▪ Minimum one year in a managerial or supervisory role of an LD residential service
- ▪ 2 in the last 5 years working with children
- deputy Manager or Registered Manager - Children's Home: 3 years
- learning Disabilities: 3 years
- out of last five years, working with children/young people: 2 years
