  • ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to rigorous safeguarding and health and safety protocols
  • collaborate with experienced staff to deliver exceptional programming and support
  • provide personalised care and assistance as required, including meal preparation and hygiene support
  • collaborate with a team under the guidance of the team leader to create a positive, engaging environment for children and young people
  • maintain open communication with the Team Leader and staff regarding any changes or concerns related to individual children/young people
