Responsibility
- supporting the redevelopment and implementation of the company values
- guiding, coaching, identifying training needs and implementing change with Managers across all levels of the business
- update of HR policies and processes
- day to day Employee Relation support to our sites
- provide HR reports and insights
- managing the recruitment and selection process, dealing with agencies, writing job descriptions, and interviewing potential employees
- manage the onboarding and exit of employees
- manage the changes to payroll and employee benefits administration inclusive of the pension scheme
Requirements
- proven HR Management experience coupled with experience or great knowledge of an operational environment, this can be in any field
- ideally CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification
- sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy and regulations
- strong administrative and organisation skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficient IT skills
- have outstanding interpersonal skills with people at all levels within a business
