Requirements

  • possession of BA Hons Social Work/CQSW/DipSW/CSS
  • extensive experience working with children and young people with complex needs within a range of settings, especially fostering and adoption
  • knowledge of child development, the impact of childhood trauma
  • an in depth understanding in relation to childcare legislation and children’s rights
  • experience of managing care services and providing support and guidance to staff or peers
  • excellent relational qualities, and ability to build trusting relationships with young people and families
  • excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills
  • possess a full driving licence and be willing and able to drive Kibble pool cars
