Requirements
possession of BA Hons Social Work/CQSW/DipSW/CSS
extensive experience working with children and young people with complex needs within a range of settings, especially fostering and adoption
knowledge of child development, the impact of childhood trauma
an in depth understanding in relation to childcare legislation and children’s rights
experience of managing care services and providing support and guidance to staff or peers
excellent relational qualities, and ability to build trusting relationships with young people and families
excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills
possess a full driving licence and be willing and able to drive Kibble pool cars
