khin Family Services offers a range of support and assessment services to children and families in need
this role will involve managing a caseload of up to four families
we are looking for enthusiastic, creative and experienced social workers, who, like us, are committed to improving the outcomes for children, young people and families
you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and fair support services and assessments of children, young people and families
this role will involve managing risk, making accurate assessments of need, working in partnership with external agencies, attending meetings/court, and producing and maintaining high quality records and reports

social work qualified
social Work England registered and have completed ASYE
knowledgeable on Social Work theoretical concepts and practices
experienced in undertaking parenting assessments and delivering interventions
skilled in working with vulnerable people and managing complex cases
court experience and competent in writing reports
excellent in verbal and written communication skills
skilled in identifying and responding to levels of risk
