Responsibility
- khin Family Services offers a range of support and assessment services to children and families in need
- this role will involve managing a caseload of up to four families
- we are looking for enthusiastic, creative and experienced social workers, who, like us, are committed to improving the outcomes for children, young people and families
- you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and fair support services and assessments of children, young people and families
- this role will involve managing risk, making accurate assessments of need, working in partnership with external agencies, attending meetings/court, and producing and maintaining high quality records and reports
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- social work qualified
- social Work England registered and have completed ASYE
- knowledgeable on Social Work theoretical concepts and practices
- experienced in undertaking parenting assessments and delivering interventions
- skilled in working with vulnerable people and managing complex cases
- court experience and competent in writing reports
- excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- skilled in identifying and responding to levels of risk
