Responsibility
- we are working with an amazing primary school in the borough of Dartford who’s looking for an admin assistant / receptionist to join their primary school
- this is a full-time position for 1 year, and the successful candidate will be part of the schools friendly and welcoming office
- administration duties – answering phone, report requests on Arbor, phoning parents, staff absence and request for leave reporting, parentmail comms, afterschool club admin, Coolmilk admin, dinner debt chasing, Wisepay queries and parentmail parent setup queries
