- planning, scheduling & organising production schedules and activities
- overseeing customer orders are fulfilled on time in full as per customer specification to the highest standards
- overseeing team members while maximising efficiency
- hold daily meetings with production staff to discuss and set daily targets and resolves any discrepancies
- liaising with other team members / management to set and evaluate production goals & efficiency
- overseeing production machines and equipment to ensure it is safe and well maintained for operator use
- motivate, support and guide production team members
- ensure health and safety standards are adhered to by all team members
