Responsibility
- manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers with their needs and facilitating the hiring decision-making process
- source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
- build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively address current and future staffing needs
- facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- generate and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement
Requirements
- experience in the hospitality and tourism industry preferred
- strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry trends
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation
- proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- knowledge of Harri desirable
