KEN WILKINS PRINT is looking for employees for positions:
- stock receipt and storage using FLT counterbalance and VNA
- accurate use of stock systems to manage stock control
- follow procedures for picking and checking of customers call-off's
- adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- maintain good housekeeping through warehouse and yard area
- involvment in annual / roling stock checks
- manage the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- oversee receiving, warehousing, work in progress and maintenance operations
- man manage a team of 15 over different shift patterns
- adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- manage stock control and reconcile with computer system
- liaise with suppliers and transport companies
- plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- to provide telephone and desk-side support to users
- setting up and networking PCs, printers, laptops, telephones, mobile phones
- troubleshooting hardware, software, LAN/WAN, WiFi
- system Backups / Network Backups
- manage Anti-virus, software updates, software patches etc
- support the IT Manager with projects and offer ideas for improving the IT service
