Responsibility

• ensure timely payment of invoices
• maintain sales ledger
• pro-actively manage and chase aged debts

• manage and respond to any customer enquiries
• maintain accurate customer records
• monitor customer credit ratings and evaluate potential new accounts
• provide cover in the event of absence of the Credit Control function
• any other reasonable tasks assigned when appropriate
• you will be reporting directly to the Executive Director and working alongside an existing credit controller ensuring sales invoices are processed and all invoice queries are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner

Requirements

• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• be a motivated individual able to prioritise workloads but also able to work part of a team
• knowledge of Access Dimensions system would be an advantage
