to perform all other appropriate duties within the overall function of the job
preparing recipes of complex marinades, concentrated stock, herb & spice blends, and ingredient fusions as formulated by Culinary Designer and / or Head / Sous Chef
compiling reports as required
if anyone has any COID symptoms, all should wear masks for 3 weeks
to replenish the stock of ingredients in the preparation areas
