to ensure all compliance issues are identified and met within agreed timescales
to ensure the staff approach is fun, person centred and in line with our newly adopted Positive Behaviour Support approach
to manage the daily operation, reporting and running of the Shortbread/Gingerbread House, staff and trainees
to provide a positive contribution to all aspects of the Independent Living Scheme
to oversee the line management and supervision of the staff at the Shortbread House/Gingerbread House in line with the performance of their duties and responsibilities and to ensure regulated activity is provided within CQC regulations
the role requires the post holder to provide varying degrees of support, assistance, training and contribute to the effective and safe delivery of high-quality professional services and facilities
contribute to statistical information, monitoring and records as required
to oversee the upkeep of the property

Requirements

to carry out thorough monthly audits
ensure all staff have received monthly supervision
ensure service users have received their key worker interview and it is in place
remind to staff to send the monthly progress reports & house reports to head office
experience in managing and developing a staff team
hold a current driving licence
be qualified or willing to complete the Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care
A good understanding of risk management and health and safety management
