- oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels
- create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages
- train and supervise team, providing guidance on proper bartending techniques and customer service
- monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
Requirements
- previous experience in food and beverage is required
- knowledge of hotel or banquet operations is preferred
- strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- proficient in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- supervising experience: 1 year
