Responsibility
- interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- document QA/QC activities with internal reporting and project quality auditing
- identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
- pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
- assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- develop and/or update company quality procedures to ensure best practices are being implemented
- monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management
Requirements
- excellent team player
- highly degree of organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- strong computer software skills is required
- strong problem - solving skills with a tenacity to work through problems with the ability to explain the correct methods
- A professional and assertive manner to deal with external and internal stakeholders
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
