Responsibility
- comply with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
- comply with the current KAEFER Health and Safety Policy, Quality Policy and Environmental Policy
- liaising with the client, other construction professionals and sometimes, members of the public
- co-ordination and supervising construction workers
- ensuring relevant tools and materials are available for smooth and efficient delivery of contracts/projects
- ensure allocated contract, operate within established Company Policies and Procedures and all necessary safety documentation is produced, issued and being complied with
- ensure that all site reports, designs and drawings are checked and in line with requirements
- responsible for supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Requirements
- flexibility to travel across the UK with overnight stays
- to be adaptable with working patterns to suit contract fluctuations
- pro-active approach with ability to identify areas of improvement
