- investigate production problems, analyse root causes, and provide solutions

- comply with the Company rules and regulations as detailed within the Company handbook
- create planning schedules for several lines based on the current stock levels and customer orders
- proactively identify, communicate and follow up on significant trends and demand changes to achieve an optimum raw material and finished goods stock holding
Requirements
- able to work under pressure and meet timely deadlines
- be driven and ambitious with a keen will to succeed
- self-motivated with strong organisational skills and ability to priorities own workload
- experience with Vision
- excellent communication, organisation, and leadership qualities
- math and analytical skills
