- located in the beautiful village of Corfe Castle, popular with locals and busy in the tourist season, this position would be perfect for a Head Chef wanting to make a statement or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a step up
- the Fox Inn has built a reputation for home cooked quality food and the successful candidate should have knowledge of fresh food cooked to order and made on the premises
- in your role you will create new menus for the kitchen and BBQ with fresh seasonal produce, be hands on to ensure smooth running, work closely with a small team of staff and the owners, monitor and order stock when necessary, and ensure food safety standards are adhered to
- the ability to monitor stock and equipment levels and place orders to cover shortages
