Responsibility
- plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the nursery room
- provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the nursery room
- communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery room
Requirements
- previous experience working in a childcare setting or as a nursery room leader is preferred
- knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles
- ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- strong organisational skills to manage daily routines and activities
