- the role essentially will be a stand alone role so experience is essential
Requirements
- previous experience in a HR role
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- excellent communication skills
- highly organised and detail orientated
- A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
- excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- flexibility and willingness to learn
- good team worker but able to work autonomously
