- assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations

- contribute to menu development, bringing your creativity and culinary expertise to the table
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe working environment

Requirements
- proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role
- passion for culinary arts and a desire to continuously learn and grow
- strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and international cuisines
- excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
